Meet Peter, our property management expert

Peter has been active in the North Shore and Vancouver Real Estate Market for over 12 years. Peter’s management portfolios have consisted of over 250 unique single and multifamily properties owned by a diverse range of local and foreign investors. A key to his success is personally over seeing all day-to-day aspects of the portfolio from Account & Trust Operations to property maintenance and tenant care. Peter has built lasting relationships with various licensed trades and services to ensure quality workmanship and timely warrantied repairs at preferred rates.

Being a landlord himself, Peter’s approach “treat each property as your own” results in quality tenant placement, customer care and long-term piece of mind for his clients.

Peter has extensive knowledge of the local Real Estate and Rental Markets, and his ability to match not only the investor, but the tenant to the property is exceptional. Maximizing rental income and protecting client investments is a fundamental part of his business.

Peter has built a strong domestic network as well as international resources facilitating executive relocations from some of North America's top companies, such as Lululemon, Amazon, Keiwitt & HSBC.

Tenant Placement Services

The Tenant Placement Service is for those landlords who need assistance finding the best qualified tenant, but who would like to manage the property and tenant themselves. This service includes: 

  • Detailed Marked Evaluation
  • Complimentary Marketing, HD Photos & Advertising to attract credible tenants
  • Flexible showing times to maximize your potential market
  • Tenant screening & selection (including detailed application, verification of credit, employment,references, etc.)
  • Security & pet deposit collection • Collecting post-dated cheques which will be paid directly to the owner
  • BC Residential Tenancy Agreement (ensuring full compliance with the BC Residential Tenancy Act) RTB-1
  • Move-in Condition Inspection Report RTO-27

Tenant Placement RATES 

50% of first months rent, plus GST per 12 months fixed term lease 
 

Comprehensive Property Management

Comprehensive Property Management is for savvy Investment Property owners looking for "hands off peice of mind" ownership while building Equity.

  • Flexible showing times to maximize your potential market
  • Tenant screening & selection (including detailed application, verification of credit, employment,references, etc.)
  • BC Residential Tenancy Agreement (ensuring full compliance with the BC Residential Tenancy Act) RTB-1
  • Move-in/out Condition Inspection Report RTO-27
  • Full Accounting Services Tenant PAD & Owner Direct Deposit - Monthly Statement + Year End.
  • Emergency Services 
  • Tenant repair requests, complaints and emergencies will be directed and deligated personaly by your Property Manager
  • Timely & Efficient repairs by qualified licensed and bonded trades @ preffered rates.
  • Rent increases, lease renewals, inspections, legal notices and any issues arising with the Strata Corporation

 

Comperhensive Property Management RATES 

50% of first months rent, plus GST per 12 months or portion of secured "fixed term lease" 
 
7%/mon management fee (minimum $125/mon for Strata and $175 Single Family)

Furnished Property Management

Furnished Property Management – Includes all services of Comprehensive Property Management and a few more specific to Furnished.
